So this week I recorded the show direct to my mp3 player for my own convenience. This means there’s no talking in it, no melodic Irish language speech! Are there any Irish republican listeners/downloaders who are up in arms?

I expect the majority of my listeners are those of you who download the show here, many of whom don’t speak Irish. So I don’t suppose the lack of me speaking will be any great loss. If it is, and even if not, I may go back occasionally to the old way of copying the show, with speaking and all, just for the hell of it, and to promote Raidío Na Life.

Anyway, the music is a little all over the place stylewise (relatively I mean, it’s all techno still!) this time around, especially after the opening half hour, and the sound isn’t as pristine as usual in places(just getting used to the new recording method) but hopefully this is still an enjoyable mix of some of the last week’s releases aswell as a few forthcoming promos.

Also I’d be curious to hear what people think of Matthew Dear’s remix of Lusine’s “Flat For You”. I hadn’t heard the original but I played this knowing half of you might hate it and the other half might think it’s amazing, sounds a bit like the Magnetic Fields or something, with bleeps.
