House Is A Feeling

Some of you may be familiar with Rayna deNiord’s Modifyer site, which is always a really contemplative read in a blogosphere that can so often privilege information over ideas that actually challenge you to think (edit: in my haste writing this post I left a typo in the most preachy sentence!) Anyway I’ve recently done a mix for her Process series, in which she invites DJs to record a mix and write some of their thoughts about its composition afterwards.

I’m delighted to have finally finished my contribution, even if it’s a long time after Rayna first asked me to do it. It’s an honour that my mix follows many far larger names than myself like Chelonis R Jones, Philip Sherburne, Mikael Stavostrand, Someone Else, Apendics Shuffle, Popnoname, and Parisians DIRTY Soundsystem.
