Meet him at the love parade
Romanian DJ and sometime Cocoon resident Raresh that is. How much fun does the above video look? Anyone know how many people were there? “I’m living in the wrong country” is by now a truism for anyone here in Dublin (or probably a host of other cities) who likes house or techno. Still, we really are living in the wrong country.
PS: Sorry for referencing Da Hool here.

i don’t know, recently i’ve lost interest in the whole big crowd thing, i more enjoy playing to 100 people that are really into it in a tiny venue

Well, the Love Parade mainstage will have to do without you then.
Like you would seriously turn down such a gig, haha.

I’ve just stuck those 2 cents up your arse mate. I want to be as ‘boring’ as him and get a cocoon residency.

I haven’t seen him in a club - just judging on the Ibiza Cocoon mix. Maybe I just got my hopes up too high - the second half isn’t too bad but it’s really saved by the Petre Inspirescu stuff, who is really talented. But overall it gives me a knocked off Little Ricardo feeling. Dude is only 23 though. I reckon it’s hard to be a great DJ when you’re 23 /ageist
